ATV and SxS have many different service schedules depending on the year, make, model and hours. Services very on modern Powersport machines tremendously this is why we don’t have one rate. We use current up-to-date software that uses factory recommendations and labor rates that’s correct for your machine.

We understand parts and labor can be costly, so we work with you and your budget by letting you decide what needs to be repaired that visit no pressure. We also can use OEM or aftermarket parts to give you more price options.
We Perform a Thorough Inspection
We feel that reliability for your ATV or side-by-side is critical; no one wants to have problems on the trail in the middle of nowhere. We perform a thorough inspection of your machine to find any unseen issues it may have. We notify you with a precise estimate for your approval.
We have highly transparent estimates that clearly show all labor and part pricing. We call and send an email estimate of needed repairs, and we can send damage pictures to you as well. Once questions are answered, and the estimate gets approved by you next we order any parts we do not have in stock, and your SxS UTV gets put in our schedule for repair. We have a smooth system that at all times we know what’s happening with your engine at all stages from disassembly, estimates, Parts to completion.

We have a special CNC machined tool that aligns the engine and transmission on Polaris RZR 900cc – 1000cc non-turbo models and 2017 Ranger 1000 2018 Ranger Crew 1000
We have found Polaris clutch alignment to be out from the factory new! We have made major adjustments just after another shop just had it in for clutch problems and didn’t have the correct tools to even come close to proper clutch alignment.
Our tool holds the engine and transmission shafts at the base and ends to get 100% alignment (shown in the picture). This is the only way to align motor and transmission our tool aligns the two shafts offset lengths and output shaft angles.
We remove Clutches, backplate, loosen transmission mounts and move components until the alignment tool fits. Then we lockdown tool to shafts and set the transmission to shaft length and angles for the perfect clutch alignment!
